All orders ship from our local Australian warehouse. Metro locations usually take 2‑5 business days, regional areas take 3‑7 business days. Orders are processed within 1‑2 business days excluding weekends and public holidays.
You will get your tracking email once your parcel leaves our warehouse. Tracking status may take up to 48 hours to refresh after dispatch.
Free standard shipping applies for all orders over AU$75. For orders under AU$75, standard shipping is AU$6.99, express shipping is AU$9.99. We deliver across all Australian states and territories.
Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to adjust or cancel your purchase. Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel or modify it.
Final lens appearance is affected by your natural eye colour, lighting and makeup. Our high‑pigment ranges are optimised to deliver noticeable colour pay‑off for darker eyes.
Prescription power lenses require a valid optometrist prescription. Even zero‑power cosmetic contact lenses still require professional eye fitting and regular eye checks for eye health.
For hygiene purposes, opened contact lenses cannot be returned or exchanged. If you receive damaged or wrong items, please send us photos within 7 days after delivery for support.
