Shipping & Delivery
1.How long does shipping take?
All orders are shipped directly from our Australian warehouse. Most metro areas receive their orders within 2–5 business days, while regional areas may take 3–7 business days. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.
2.Why is my tracking not updating?
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment. Unlike international retailers, Mislens Australia ships locally, helping reduce long transit times and customs delays.
Lens Comfort
1.Why are Mislens lenses more comfortable?
Mislens lenses feature breathable materials, Vitamin B12 Hydration Technology, moisture-retaining design, and smooth edge technology. These features help support comfortable daily wear.
2.Why do my lenses feel dry?
Dryness may be caused by air conditioning, long screen time, low humidity environments, or insufficient blinking. Using lubricating eye drops and following the recommended wearing schedule can improve comfort.
Color & Appearance
1.Will the lens colour look exactly like the photos?
Lens appearance can vary depending on your natural eye colour, lighting conditions, makeup, and camera settings. Results may differ slightly from website images.
2.Which colours show best on dark eyes?
Our higher-pigment designs such as iris-inspired and highlight-enhancing collections are specifically designed to provide visible colour transformation on darker eye colours.
Safety & Prescription
1.Are coloured contact lenses safe?
Yes. Mislens lenses are manufactured in certified facilities and should be worn according to proper lens care instructions and professional guidance.
2.Do I need a prescription?
For prescription lenses, we recommend using a valid and current prescription. For non-prescription cosmetic lenses, professional fitting and regular eye examinations are still recommended.
Returns & Support
1.Can I return opened contact lenses?
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened contact lenses cannot be returned or exchanged.
2.What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging. Our support team will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
